Following on from the end of the 2017 eventing season in early October, the Top Stocks tradestand is packed away for the winter, stock taking is done, and thoughts turn to 2018!
The winter months are filled with reflection on the last year and preparations the new – sourcing new fabrics and stock pins, meeting up with suppliers to view the new collections for competition
and casual riding clothing from Esperado, Hy and Findra. In amongst all this I have to try and fit in some sewing too!

I’m also looking forward to the British Eventing calendar being released. There have been a few dates issued so far for some of my favourite shows at Floors, Warwick Hall, Shelford Manor,
Burgham, Dalkeith and Blair Castle, so the diary is filling up quickly.

The next big date is for the BETA trade show at the NEC in January – this is a great opportunity to find new and exciting products. I’m always on the look out for anything that catches my eye. I love
shopping, so any excuse!

Before all that of course is Christmas , so I am being kept busy with orders for presents. I do like to get some of the new designs ready about now to give a good insight into what’s coming in the spring and it refreshes the range at this important time of year.
